Delaware District Board #11 of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO Board 11) consists of a diversified group of approximately 140 men and women dedicated to officiating basketball games in New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland. We are part of a group of approximately 18,000 Basketball Officials Nationwide who strive for continuous improvement through ongoing education and training. IAABO Board 11 assigns and services about 4000 games a year, including middle school, high school, youth and adult leagues, male and female.
